Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vantric property management platform operated by Vantric ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Vantric, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity per account — sharing accounts is not permitted.

2. Subscription & Billing

Vantric offers a free 14-day trial. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of your billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Vantric for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Vantric (properties, tenants, leases, payments, documents). We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

You may export or request deletion of your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

5. Rent Payments

Vantric facilitates rent collection between landlords and tenants through Stripe Connect. We are not a party to the rental agreement between landlord and tenant. Vantric is not responsible for disputes between landlords and tenants regarding payment amounts, timing, or lease terms.

6. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vantric is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request immediate removal.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
